About ERIC Hendrikx:
Originally from Southern California, Rolling Stone and REVOLVER writer-photographer Eric Hendrikx has captured iconic images of rock and roll’s most animated cast of characters including Slash, Dave Grohl, Scott Weiland, Fergie and Zakk Wylde. Eric’s photography is included in the Smithsonian collection and the Hard Rock International memorabilia collection.
As author and writer, Eric co-wrote Zakk Wylde’s Bringing Metal to the Children and contributed to New York Times Bestsellers Forrest Griffin: Got Fight? and Be Ready When the Sh*t Goes Down. He has cpontributed to Rolling Stone, Robb Report, Men’s Journal, InsideHook, Cycle World, where he has written numerous articles on motorsports, action sports, and celebrity profiles, including features with Jason Momoa, Keanu Reeves and Tony Hawk.
As advocate for men’s mental health, Eric is an ambassador for the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride, an international motorcycle organization that raises funds and awareness to support men’s mental health and suicide prevention. Eric is host of the the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride in Toronto and has raised more than $100,000 for Movember in support of men’s mental health and prostate cancer research programs.
Eric lives in Toronto with his wife Natasha and their two black labs—Poe and Indy.
